Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop 4G funnel wise strategy, device bundle, and digital channel utilization (both short term & long term) strategy based on a market study in alignment with the company's goal & strategy
∎ Monitor industry movements on a continuous basis, compare value proposition of products against competition, competing for alternatives, and suggest modification when necessary
∎ Build partnership with digital & youth community to drive 4G perception and plan a strategy to tie up with digital and device partners for driving data network positive perception towards the targeted base for Banglalink
∎ Conduct post-implementation analysis on products/campaigns, provide deep-dive insights to regions for corrective actions and ensure device partner based execution for regional device bundle penetration
∎ Forecast data network capacity forecast and utilize data volume with proper plan and initiatives aligning with regions
∎ Analyze, plan, develop, and execute 4G based product, device bundle & CVM campaign initiatives
∎ Design and execute service bundling, digital partnership for driving 4G perception

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years of relevant experience
∎ Sound knowledge of telecom, data network
∎ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Good analytical skill
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Good understanding of telecom market and impact of macro-economic changes
