Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Diploma in Textile and Clothing or management relevant to the industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To ensure the full respect of the Quality standards, for all brand(s), for all our productions in order to deliver zero-defects styles, at the right time.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with traveling if required by the company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be in charge of the full Quality Department.
∎ QA: Pre-production stage: sampling, development samples checks, PPS validation.
∎ QC: production and Inspections.
∎ Tests: Wash-care instructions, in-house laboratory, supplier's lab, & chemical tests.
∎ To implement & Monitor the Quality System in factories.
∎ Continuous Improvement Projects, GPQ set-up, CAPA.
∎ Train factories to be 100% quality-responsible: self-inspections & classifications' factories to conduct quality audits
∎ To take the support role on CSR: follow-up on CAP's
∎ To manage the Quality Team.
∎ Integration, training and growth of the team members
∎ To ensure quality training, specific to each Brand to meet each Brand quality standards.
∎ To plan, control and implement all quality check process from product sampling to production to ensure full quality standards' compliance from styles on shop floor.
∎ To Oversee day-today Inspection planning & reporting with the quality coordinator & ensure an optimized team: organization & headcounts
∎ To liaise with Brands Quality Heads so as to keep updated on latest brand specific quality updates and new requirements.
∎ Ensure coordination and smooth cooperation with different quality Departments from Head Offices.
∎ To update as necessary the quality management systems & to monitor the best practices from our competitors or best factories (regular benchmark)
∎ To analyze quality data claims, returns & To advise on quality issues to merch/buying teams.
∎ To ensure regular feedback & data analysis to Country Manager and Brands Sourcing/Quality Departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Drive for results and leaderships skills
∎ Excellent understanding of the Bangladesh industry and how it works
∎ Highly creative with ability to think out of box in solving problems
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Up to date with latest quality concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, etc..), tools, and best practices
∎ Good understanding of KPI's, SOP's, & minimum testing requirements
∎ Ability to handle multi product categories (Knit, woven, & pullovers)
∎ Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
∎ Excellent command of English & Bangla languages. French & German will be an added advantage.
