Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Any enrolled students will not be considered.
∎ Candidates Who Completed their Bachelor/Honors are discouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit physically Living houses structure, rusted house, poultry & dairy firms, carpenter, ULO/DLO influencer & maintain database.
∎ Have to increase demand for Anwar Cement Sheet to the stakeholders.
∎ Cover all villages & Para- moholla.
∎ Execution of all BTL activities (Carpenter seminar, Poultry/Dairy seminars, etc)
∎ Door to Door awareness Activation to promote our brand.
∎ Have to achieve the conversion target, Seminar execution target Carpenter visit target,
∎ Poultry/Dairy visit target.
∎ To look after customer quarries & counseling.
∎ To maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements. Create a very good relationship with the advocacy group.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly reports of visit & conversion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Smart, Energetic & Hardworking
∎ Ability to work for long working hours
∎ Having a Motorbike driving license will be an added advantage.
∎ The candidate should have mental preparedness to work with us for at least 4 Years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 9000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be reviewed after completing four months with satisfactory Performance.
