∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing from reputed Private & Public University (IBA, DU, JU, BracU, BUP, IUB, EWU,NSU will be preferable)
∎ Engineering/Technical background also considerable
∎ Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Business Analysis, Business/ Product Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business/ Product Development, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Top line & Bottom Line of respective product Group
∎ Ensure product availability on all counters of outlets and exclusive dealer points
∎ Regular market visit to ensure proper positioning and visibility of different brands
∎ Forecast Order & Sales for PSI (Production Plan, Sales & Inventory) support
∎ Design regular, customized promotional offer
∎ Stock clearance of slow-moving product
∎ After sales service improvement of the portfolio
∎ Regular training and assessment of the sales team
∎ Effective communication with principals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
