Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a compelling product strategy through Research & Innovation team for Color Cosmetics & Skin Care products in alignment with our Brand vision and objectives;
∎ Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, formulation & design optimization of products;
∎ Define and communicate a clear and prioritized product roadmap, considering market dynamics, customer insights, and business goals;
∎ Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for new product development and innovation;
∎ Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making;
∎ Work with cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Proven working experience in Product Management
∎ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
∎ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
