STARDUST Telecom Limited are hiring an experienced, highly hands-on Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our iOS and Android applications. This is a foundational role—you will be the product owner for mobile, responsible for shaping the roadmap, driving execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch and ongoing evolution of our apps.
The ideal candidate is a builder, someone who understands mobile ecosystems deeply and can translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into a cohesive product experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the mobile product strategy aligned with company goals.
Develop a user-centric roadmap across iOS and Android.
Identify market gaps, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
2. End-to-End Mobile App Delivery
Manage the full lifecycle of mobile products—from research to launch to iteration.
Drive sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release management.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3. App Store Leadership
Oversee submission and approval workflows across App Store & Play Store.
Ensure compliance with Apple and Google review guidelines.
Lead App Store Optimization (ASO): metadata, screenshots, keywords, A/B tests.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, customer service, and leadership.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to create frictionless and intuitive interfaces.
Partner with marketing to plan launches, campaigns, and product communications.
5. Performance, Growth & Analytics
Define and track KPIs: downloads, MAU/DAU, retention, session depth, churn, crashes, funnel metrics.
Use analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.) to drive decisions.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and incorporate insights into the roadmap.
6. Customer Insight & Discovery
Run user research, surveys, and usability tests.
Gather insights from customer service, field teams, and franchise partners.
Use feedback loops to refine features and improve user experience.
7. Vendor & Partner Management
Manage third-party development partners, agencies, or technology vendors when required.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
