Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Preferably on Apparel/Fashion Background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Development according to the Design Specification. Product range includes such as T-shirt, Sweats, Romper, Polo, Dress, Woven Shirts, Outer Wear, Jackets, etc. (All Knit, Woven and Sweater).
∎ Sourcing of the right raw materials from the right sources, such as fabrics, trims, accessories etc., which meets the high standard and compliance requirements of the brand.
∎ Review all the samples in terms of quality and commercial aspects before submitting to brand management.
∎ Prepare the costing of all products thoroughly.
∎ Arrange Photo shooting of the products for the e-commerce platform and advertisements.
∎ Handle and monitor the bulk production from multiple production units. Also includes of sourcing new suppliers for any specific product.
∎ Co-ordination with Designer, Technical and Quality personals about the right product.
∎ Control assigned product categories and being the key communicator.
∎ Communicate order details and requirements to production units, manage and control the whole process pre and post order placement ensuring quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates are achieved.
∎ Control and track orders critical path, forecast delays and course correct if needed with proactive action plans to ensure On Time Delivery.
∎ Identify and diagnose production problems and work with production units to actively initiating the troubleshooting.
∎ Visit Production units and sample sections on frequent basis.
∎ Submit status report to the management on regular basis.
∎ Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
∎ Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good understanding of Apparel Product Categories, Fabric Construction, Compositions, Quality and Cost.
∎ Should have the working experience with all Knit, Woven and Sweater product
∎ Must have proper Computer Skills and advance level user of Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint, Works etc.
∎ Experienced and understanding of the local sourcing market
∎ Must have Leadership Skills, as well as positive Teamwork attitude.
∎ Must have the superiority of Attention to Detail.
∎ Intelligent, Analytical, Self-Driven, and Goal Oriented.
∎ Ability to build good relationships with cross functional parties eg: Buying Management, Designers, Product Development, Quality, Technical teams, and product units.
∎ High level of integrity
