Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
∎ Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
∎ Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and releases are delivered on time.
∎ Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features or releases.
∎ Assess competition by comparing products.
∎ Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
∎ Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams using appropriate tools for wireframing, prototyping and mock ups.
∎ Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand.
∎ Market new products with sales, advertising and production teams.
∎ Develop product positioning and go to market strategy.
∎ Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management.
∎ Work with QA engineers to create test plans.
∎ Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.

∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
∎ Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written (both Bangla and English), presentation, and active listening.
