Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define the product vision and roadmap for each product, and develop detailed product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and business needs.
∎ Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product features are being developed according to the specifications and timelines.
∎ Work with UI/UX team to design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences to ensure that the product is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities in existing product and drive innovation.
∎ Develop and manage product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and marketing collateral.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and drive product adoption.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations.
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure that the product is easy to use and provides a great user experience.
∎ Monitor and analyze product metrics, such as usage, customer satisfaction, and revenue, to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years

∎ Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Experience with market research, customer insights, and product analytics.
∎ 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience with software development processes and tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
∎ Knowledge of the construction, equipment rental, or real estate industries is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
∎ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in software development.
