Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, E-commerce, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Top line & Bottom Line of respective product category.
∎ Ensure product availability in all outlets on shortest possible time following the process.
∎ Regular market and outlet visit to ensure proper positioning and visibility of different brands.
∎ Forecast Order & Sales for PSI (Production Plan, Sales & Inventory) support.
∎ Design regular, customized promotional offer for particular product category.
∎ Facilitate after sales service improvement of the portfolio.
∎ Providing regular training to sales team, assessing their performance and bringing measures for improvement.
∎ Formulate marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to achieve national target, brand/category growth & market share.
∎ Develop marketing mix in accordance with brand guideline to enhance brand awareness, image and equity.
∎ Coordinate with other cross functional teams and work closely in order to perform the activities which may apply in the position.
∎ Analyzing the target achievement, people activities and preparing related reports to share time to time with the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be well versed with MS-Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in renowned Electronics, E-Commerce or Retail Company will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
