Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product sourcing from different sources
∎ Meeting with the seller
∎ Market Analysis
∎ Initial documents check up from the seller and the Rajuk & other relevant offices
∎ Negotiate price and seller requirements
∎ Property visits after successful negotiation and take photos
∎ Create listing id
∎ Complete the service agreement with the seller and give feedback time to time
∎ Assist viewing MOU property with sales person and client
∎ Assist Negotiation, Sell permission and Registration work
∎ Collect Documents and other necessary things from seller
∎ Collect Revenue
∎ After Sale service
