Job Responsibilities:
∎ Convincing prospective Sellers that your agency is the right one to handle their Property to sale as per the agreed terms.
∎ Arranging advertising to promote the property
∎ Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database through Ops & Marketing Team.
∎ Making appointments and showing buyers around a property with Sales Team.
∎ Finding Sellers in a position to proceed with sale and willing to pay an acceptable revenue.
∎ Willing to work under pressure to achieve MOU & Property Sale Target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in similar position for at least 2 years
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Communication skill
∎ Computer skill
∎ Leadership Quality

Salary:
