Educational Requirements:
∎ B Sc. Ag. / M Sc. Ag.from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Sourcing, registering, developing and launching products.
∎ To prepare IMC/Marketing plan for the stipulated products.
∎ Making action plan to promote the products.
∎ Designing & arranging packing materials.
∎ Pricing, positioning, branding and advertising the products.
∎ Resolving product related problems and ensuring quality of products.
∎ Ensure before and after sales servicing of products.
∎ Preparing product catalogue, literature, brochure & booklets.
∎ Preparing technical presentation and presenting in the meeting.
∎ Making liaison with the non-government and government institutions.
∎ Making product budget, forecast and ensuring availability of products.
∎ Conducting technical seminar with the field force, consultants and other stake holder.
∎ Building & maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer
∎ satisfaction level by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
∎ Gathering market information, forecasting upcoming scenario & perform accordingly.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should of experience in the following area(s):Pharmaceuticals sector, Product development
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
