∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis and advices: She/He will have the responsibility to analyze all sampling requests that Merchandisers shall receive for Buyer, check If all necessary information are included in the file we received. Her/His duty is to make sure that sampling room as all the necessary information to make a perfect first sample in terms of Look and fitting.
∎ Controlling: Before sending counter samples to product manager for selection, she/he will have to make sure that the said samples have been perfectly made in accordance with designers and modelists' requests and followed the information may have added.
∎ Target: No sample sent if the look or the fitting is not ok.
∎ Advising: She/He will assist and help the sample makers and suppliers to fit the styles we may have in development in order to shorten the lead time we normally need to fit the samples and get the Ok production.
∎ Training: She/He will assist our QA/QC team to set up the "Supplier Training day" which is meant to welcome new supplier to our office before launching development in order to let them understand what are our requirements in terms quality, standards etc..
∎ Creation: She/He will be in charge of setting up a small collection
∎ Collectioning: Prior to Designers visit, she/he will help Merchandising team to create the most attractive show room in terms of final products styling picked up in factories and Fabric collection based on our sourcing.
∎ Coordination: help the team to communicate w/our Principle company for any matter regarding product development; bulk; quality problem; delivery problem

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Communication Skills on French and English Language is mandatory
∎ Demonstrate a good understanding of the overall garments making process.
∎ Possess an open minded character with easy integration skills.
∎ Must be self motivated and able to achieve quickly and efficiently the mission.
∎ Strong team spirit and passionate.

Salary: Negotiable
