Responsibilities & Context:
Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to understand style requirements, tech packs, and specifications.
Interpret buyer tech packs and translate them into workable sampling instructions.
Coordinate with knitting, linking, washing, and finishing teams to develop samples.
Ensure accurate execution of technical specifications (measurements, fit, and construction).
Plan and manage sampling schedules to meet tight buyer deadlines.
Prioritize styles based on urgency, complexity, or buyer feedback.
Track multiple sample styles simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct initial fit reviews and flag any technical or aesthetic issues.
Maintain clear records of all developments, changes, and buyer feedback.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (knitting, linking, dyeing, QA) and external stakeholders (buyers/merchandisers).
Share daily/weekly status reports with senior PD or merch team.
Making PPT & Updating records on PLM system on daily basis.
