Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze all in hand L/C(s), requirements of supplier, transport capability to make delivery schedule and deliver the goods within shipment period.
∎ Making LC/TT and other bank related works for import.Prepare import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Operations regarding HS Code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Insurance and other related Govt. laws applicable for Import Operation.
∎ Ensure compliance with import regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
∎ Coordinate with customs agents and freight forwarders for smooth import processes.
∎ Extensive expertise, having operated at a strategic level with a strong track record of success in delivering financial savings.
∎ Manage procurement contracts and supplier documents, collect them regularly, and establish supplier information resource base.
∎ Build and maintain supplier management system, submit procurement analysis and report.
∎ Make purchasing statistical statements.
∎ This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing international vendor relationships, maintain strong liaison with banks and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services
