Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Commerce (Accounting) is preferable. Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis Procurement plan for SONGO Project.
∎ Procure goods, service and work for SONGO Project.
∎ Sourcing new vendors, Market surveys and vendor enlistment and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
∎ Preparation of field level plan for Asset procurement and transfer to the beneficiaries.
∎ Receive goods/service and process invoices for payment along with all supporting documents.
∎ Support to ensure submission of Procurement Requirement (PRs) by requestors.
∎ Assist in the development of internal procedures and documentation in relation to RDRS and EU Manual
∎ Vendor Enlisted Process.
∎ Develop various forms, format, register and voucher content for better internal control.
∎ Impart guidance to SONGO field level procurement on procurement process and visit team office to support internal control, providing guidance and sharing learning.
∎ Ensuring all necessary procurement procedures are properly followed including any relevant vendor procedure, ensuring transparency, accountability and fairness in the procurement process.
∎ Preform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by the authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in Procurement, in Donor Fund, particularly EU Projects.
∎ Knowledge in Computer Operation. Especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
∎ Knowledge of Public Procurement Rules is desirable.
Salary: Negotiable

RDRS employees approximate 3,000 staff and works with a further approximately 3,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
