Analyzing data, performing cost analysis, and benchmarking are necessary tasks.
Forecasting price and market trends and assessing suppliers` ability to ensure timely delivery of products, goods, or services are vital.
Maintaining all purchasing-related documents such as quotations, work orders, bills, and challans is imperative.
Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand is essential.
