• Critical Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing area.

Job Location: Reputed multinational company in Chittagong (Under Response Limited payroll)

• Comply to the site HSE policy, site HSE protocols and global HSE guidelines.

• Report any incident, near miss, hazard, unsafe acts & observation and consult with your supervisor on any safety related matters.

• Take personal ownership to achieve ‘Goal Zero’ in HSE category & reasonable care of your own safety.

• Attend necessary safety training & use all the safety equipment properly.

• Report observations, near-miss and nonconformities which impact the quality of our products and operations, taking effective actions to prevent quality incidents.

• Maintain Quality management system practices to manage processes and risks as well as ensure compliance.

• Follow the Site Quality policy and Global QCoP guidelines with a consistent emphasis on quality as a key enabler to deliver customer value.

• Controlling the IP process for CTG and supporting the operation from procurement perspective to ensure Zero Deviation of IP Policy.

• To ensure Sourcing & Negotiation.

• Monitoring Total Vender Data Management of CTG to reduce low skilled vendors with replacement of efficient ones & ensure appropriate data base & regularity in vendor management (billing system, assurance of necessary documents).

• Monitoring the IP process & policy for negotiation & Sourcing.

• Work closely with stakeholders to find the improvement areas.

• Regular follow the projects and update the stakeholders

• Controlling the store database with proper entry & issue.

• Monthly consumption report preparation.

• Ensure zero diversity in total Store Management.

• Monitoring warranty for each product.
