Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / BBA in Supply Chain Management with Specialization on Procurement Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and control Logistic and Procurement activities of the project. She/he is responsible to support the project team in all manners relating to effective management of project logistics and procurement aspects of the project.
∎ ­Implement day-to-day procurement and logistic support which accountable to NGOF or UNICEF procurement policies, procedure and requirement.
∎ ­Procurement of different materials for WaSH program.
∎ ­Maintaining stock register with regular monitoring.
∎ ­Preparation of requisition whenever available materials are below threshold level.
∎ ­Warehouse maintenance and monitoring.
∎ ­Collection of quotation, CS making including bill summary and preparing other supporting documents with bills and vouchers.
∎ ­Preparing weekly and monthly procurement plans
∎ ­Regular reporting on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.
∎ ­Perform other duties relevant to the project as required.
∎ ­Ensure compliance with income Tax and VAT regulations, especially in term of salary, benefits, procurement of goods and services.
∎ ­Responsible for all procurement of goods and services under NGOF project on time purchasing and dispatching relevant materials required by the project.
∎ ­Assist to ensure timely and effective follow up to audit observations and recommendations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong conceptual knowledge on Supply Chain and Procurement Management areas in NGO/Development sector.
∎ ­Ability to speak English and Cox's Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ ­Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
