Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the purchase requisition (PR) with necessary budget provision and approval.
∎ Prepare Purchase Proposal (PP), Comparative Statement (CS) and Purchase Order or Work Order for Procurement and take necessary approval from the Approval authority
∎ Ensure purchasing of goods, materials, assets maintain quality and all procedure of GUK procurement polity in timely manner;
∎ To collect all procurement related necessary documents and keep those safe properly;
∎ Take appropriate measures to protect all visible assets of the organization;
∎ Ensuring value for money while purchasing any goods, materials, assets;
∎ Prepare list of vendors/suppliers;
∎ Management of store & warehouses;
∎ Prepare/Compile the inventory materials list as per project requirement;
∎ Maintain the store and registers as per GUK financial manuals ;
∎ Supplier performance monitoring and competitor analysis
∎ Proper delivery of goods, materials, assets to the field as per project requirements;
∎ Reporting and documentation;
∎ Perform additional work according to the project's need and as being assigned by the GUK authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Ability to work in a team with a flexible mindset and must be result oriented;
∎ Excellent in MS Office application, internet and e-mail;
∎ Ability to undertake frequent field visits.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)

Presently Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) has been working in Gaibandha, Rangpur, Nilphamari, Kurigram, Dinajpur, Bogra, Joypurhat, Kushtia, Panchagarh and Lalmonirhat districts. The organization has gained well reputation and achieved notable changes in development, particularly in the area of Livelihood Improvement, Education for Children, Gender Equality, Women Empowerment, Human Rights and Disaster Risk Reduction & Climate change through various development projects. Over the period of time, altogether approximately 45,000 families came out from extreme poverty situation through financial and technical support of GUK. Besides, approximately 120,000 families are directly involved at present in different interventions of the organization.
