Responsibilities & Context:
  • Participating in all types of tenders. e.g., OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.

  • Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, preparing presentations, and risk matrix, and informing top management to get approval for bidding.

  • Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties

  • Maintaining relationships with both foreign and local clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing inquiries promptly.

  • Sourcing manufacturers and suppliers and effectively negotiated for favorable terms in terms of price, quality, and lead time.

  • Managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including the processing of quotations, purchase orders, bills, and challans.

  • Interacting with suppliers to resolve transactional issues and obtain critical information regarding orders and shipments.

  • Proficiently executing and handling L/C documentation.

  • Managing shipping documents and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Preparing detailed Price Comparison Statements to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Coordinating with Freight Forwarders and C & F Agents to streamline logistics operations.

  • Maintaining organized files documenting client interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

  • Responsibly handling end-user requests and inquiries.

  • Managing and updating a comprehensive client database for efficient record-keeping.
