• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale market and manufacturing companies and other key suppliers.

• Source medicine suppliers of products from the wholesale market, Pharmaceutical companies onboard, or their existing product analysis based on their market ratio.

• Negotiate and source potential suppliers based on their marginal cost, credit options and regular business transaction capabilities.

• Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best price in the market also can be a win-win situation for both sides or at least the company`s favor.

• Develop and Implement sourcing strategies that align with the company`s objectives and market trends.

• Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels and avoid supply chain disruptions.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends. supplier capabilities, and competitive pricing.
