Job Context:
∎ A Leading group of Company involved in diversified business established an Bangla Medium and English Version School & College in Dhaka city is looking for Principal for the below purposes.
∎ Job Location: Uttarkhan, Uttara Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and guidance of teaching staff including organization of in-service education of staff.
∎ Responsibility for organizing workload of staff including teaching assignments.'
∎ Administrative arrangements for students' clinical experience and teaching in hospital and public health field.
∎ Sitting in on disciplinary hearings and providing advice for at-risk students.
∎ Recruitment of staff and admission of students.
∎ Responsibility for conduct of examinations.
∎ Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the organization.
∎ Experience in planning / curriculum design/ developing infrastructure
∎ Performing public relations duties for the organization.
∎ Preparation of budgetary proposals.
∎ Participation in the School's committee work.
∎ Participation in teaching programs.
∎ Planning for development of the School and stuffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12-20 years' experience working as Principal/Vice Principal or any similar leadership position in a reputed School
∎ Experience in planning / curriculum design/ developing infrastructure
∎ Experience in Admission, Public Relation and Administrative affairs
∎ Preference: Candidate resides Uttara or nearby area is preferred.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication in Bangla and English as well as presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.
