Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, General Science, Talimul Quran and Arabic. (or as assigned).
Encourage active learning through interactive teaching methods, projects, and group activities.
Develop students’ communication and comprehension skills with a strong emphasis on English fluency.
Assess and record students’ progress through classwork, assignments, and formal assessments.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic and personal growth.
Maintain classroom discipline, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents about students’ performance, behaviour, and progress.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, events, and innovative teaching practices.
