We are looking for a ‘Student Counselor’ who will guide and support students in their academic and career journey while ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment at our institute. Your duties will include counseling students, managing student inquiries, coordinating admissions, and assisting students in achieving their educational and career goals. Our ideal candidate is someone with counseling experience, excellent communication skills, and a student-focused approach.

𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: 2
Salary Range: 10k–20k Per Month Depending On Skillset

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
Candidates must work at least 3 months as a trainee employee before working as a full-time employee. The candidate must sign a minimum of 1 year of employment agreement

✔ Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career paths, and opportunities
✔ Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
✔ Assist students in the admission and enrollment process
✔ Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates and applicants
✔ Provide academic and career guidance to current students
✔ Address student concerns, issues, and feedback professionally
✔ Maintain student records, reports, and documentation
✔ Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student progress
✔ Conduct orientation sessions and support student onboarding
✔ Build strong relationships with students to ensure retention and satisfaction
✔ Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and goals
✔ Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities
✔ Monitor student progress and provide necessary support or escalation
✔ Create regular blog content related to courses, student success, and career guidance
✔ Plan and participate in video content creation (student testimonials, course promotions, informational videos)
✔ Prepare and deliver presentations for seminars, workshops, and promotional events
✔ Support marketing efforts through content ideas and communication strategies
✔ Stay updated with course offerings, industry trends, and counseling techniques

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Graduate from any subject at any university

(Psychology / Business / Marketing / Education background preferred)

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝

At least 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or related field

Compensation & Benefits:

Weekend: Friday; CL(10), SL(12), EL(5)

Office Time: 10 AM – 7 PM
