সহকারি অধ্যাপক পদে স্নাতকোত্তরসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে প্রভাষক হিসেবে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা ও কমপক্ষে ৩টি প্রকাশনা থাকতে হবে।
