Job Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging and professional content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

2. Design basic promotional materials, social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives using graphic design tools.

3. Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

4. Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, messages, and social media platforms in a professional manner.

5. Conduct student counseling sessions regarding overseas study opportunities through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.

6. Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships throughout the admission process.

7. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of student applications.

8. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on campaign results and audience engagement.

9. Stay updated on current social media trends and implement creative marketing ideas.

10. Assist in organizing educational events, seminars, and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

• Good communication and counseling skills

• Strong written English and Bangla skills

• Ability to handle students professionally both online and offline

• Experience in Social Media Marketing will be considered an advantage.
