Should be able to welcome guest and all members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Should be able to answer phone calls , respond to inquiries and direct calls / messages opportunities.
Should be able to manage the visitors and members logbook and manage check in and check out .
Should be able to support admin task .
Should be able to help with admin related jobs whenever required .
Should be able to take on other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
