• The Pre-Primary Assistant Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of young children.

• Assist the Pre-Primary Teacher to plan and conduct daily classroom activities in line with the school’s curriculum and early childhood education standards.

• Assist the Pre-Primary Teacher to create lesson plans that integrate play-based and experiential learning methods.

• Assist the Pre-Primary Teacher to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and supported.

• Teach basic literacy, numeracy, phonics, and life skills in English.

• Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, rhymes, and role-play activities.

• Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain records of individual development.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, behaviour, and areas of improvement.

• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
