Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in business, economics, management or a closely related field; Bachelors will be considered for candidates with exceptional skills and experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspire and lead team to undertake market research projects serving the needs of private sector, start-ups, investors, and other ecosystem players including the ICT ministry of Bangladesh.
∎ Undertake research and experimental projects related to startups, digital economy, and other innovative ideas. o Act as the organization's spokesperson in the private sector, social businesses and the startup community.
∎ Serve as a knowledge champion for the organization and the country.
∎ Maintain close relationships with existing clients and build a network of potential national and international clients to develop a pipeline of opportunities.
∎ Develop new market research tools, methods, and products and market those to prospective clients. o Build and guide the team towards achieving portfolio goals.
∎ Manage all managerial functions including:
∎ Hiring and managing technical consultants, data quality assurance, report writing, and presentation following international standards.
∎ Portfolio's financial administration and act as a growth champion for the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ No less than 5 years of experience with progressive responsibilities in market research and/or management consulting field.
∎ Strong established network with different client bases in FMCG, Banks, telecommunication companies, social businesses, start-up and other business sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ Thorough knowledge and expert-level capacity indata collection (ODK, SurveyCTO etc.), quantitative analysis (SPSS, Stata, R etc.) is a must and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau etc.) using different software packages is preferred.
∎ Must be proficient in MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel
∎ High-level proficiency in both Bangla and English language (spoken and written)
∎ Able to work with minimum supervision, independently, and with the team

Salary:
