Skills Required: PLC HMI Programming,SCADA
Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 48 years
- Only Male
- AutoCAD Electrical SoftwarePLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI software.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages like ladder logic.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.
- Experience with various PLC brands (e.g., Schneider, Allen Bradley, Siemens) is a plus
- Additional exposer on PLS CADD will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide training to students and technical support.
Design and development: Create and implement control system designs and software for automated processes.
Programming: Develop and maintain PLC code, often using languages like ladder logic.
SCADA configuration: Build and manage SCADA interfaces to visualize and control processes remotely.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC hardware, software, and SCADA systems.
System maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Testing and validation: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system changes.
Work with cross-functional teams, including production staff, maintenance technicians, and project managers, to implement and optimize systems.
Liaise with other engineers on implementation and project handover.
