Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consult with patients to assess, diagnose, and understand their physical challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
∎ Deliver physiotherapy sessions in a timely and organized manner, ensuring patient comfort and progress.
∎ Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment protocols as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners, for comprehensive patient management and necessary referrals.
∎ Engage patients' families and caregivers in treatment plans to ensure supportive care at home.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated patient records, case notes, and progress reports in a systematic manner.
∎ Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques, technologies, and best practices.
∎ Initiate and actively participate in evidence-based projects aimed at enhancing the quality of physiotherapy services and patient care.
