Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from any recognized institutions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and manage clients who have physiotherapy needs.
∎ Provide appropriate physiotherapy service to clients.
∎ Ensure high quality, individualised care to maximise recovery and wellbeing.
∎ Provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity.
∎ Ensure that the care delivered, competently, with effective communication.
∎ Work collaboratively with colleagues directly involved in the delivery of physiotherapy health care, both in the community and hospital with good working relationships and networks.
∎ Establish and maintain therapeutic partnerships with clients and Caregivers in the physiotherapy assessments and Interventions.
∎ Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills that help the service users overcome any barriers to receiving care.
∎ Demonstrate empathetic and motivational skills to manage situations where complex and sensitive material/information is being discussed.
∎ Use de-escalation skills when working in potentially antagonistic and hostile situations to ensure the safety of self, clients and others.
∎ Ensure that all records, reports and documents are properly maintained.
∎ Develop systems to maintain and improve standards of Physio department.
∎ Seek new ways of improving the functionalities of the Physio department.
∎ Ensure appropriate safety measures in all aspects for using medical/non-medical equipment.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced Physiotherapist will be given preference
∎ Women are specially encouraged to apply
∎ Basic knowledge of using relevant equipment and good computer skills
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure
