Concord Diagnostics & Molecular Lab BD Ltd. is a modern, ISO-guided diagnostic facility dedicated to providing accurate, timely, and reliable laboratory services. To strengthen our sample collection team and ensure high-quality pre-analytical processes, we are looking for a skilled and patient-friendly Phlebotomist. The selected candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient specimen collection from patients at the lab, collection centers, and home service locations while maintaining strict biosafety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect blood, urine, stool and other clinical samples following proper standard procedures.

• Ensure correct patient identification, sample labeling, and documentation.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards as per ISO 15189 guidelines.

• Prepare, store and transport specimens to the laboratory maintaining proper temperature and chain of custody.

• Provide sample collection support for home service when required.

• Maintain stock of phlebotomy supplies and ensure cleanliness of the collection area.

• Handle patients with empathy, professionalism, and care.

• Report any pre-analytical issues to the Lab Manager/Quality Manager.
