We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual for the position of Jr. Executive / Executive-PMD (Product Management Department) to support product planning, service development, and business growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities (PMD):
Develop and maintain strong brand value and positioning for diagnostic products and services.
Plan and oversee printing materials including brochures, leaflets, test catalogs and other advertising literature.
Contribute to design concepts and content development for marketing campaigns in coordination with creative teams.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of diagnostic tests, packages, and service offerings.
Analyze and manage test pricing, costing, and profitability, ensuring competitive and sustainable pricing strategies.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support product development decisions.
Monitor and manage digital and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication and engagement.
Support execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of product strategies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analysis for management review.
