Responsibilities & Context:
Dispense medicines accurately according to prescriptions.
Verify prescriptions and ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
Provide basic guidance to customers on dosage, usage, and precautions.
Ensure proper storage of medicines (temperature, hygiene, safety).
Monitor expiry dates and remove expired or damaged products.
Maintain records of controlled and prescription medicines.
Coordinate with suppliers for medicine availability and restocking.
Ensure all medicines are genuine and sourced from approved companies.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and ethical standards.
Assist in handling sensitive or emergency customer cases professionally.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Help customers choose skincare, baby care, snacks, and other retail products.
Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS system accurately.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about low stock.
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
Promote offers, new products, and upsell items to increase sales
Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
