Job Context:
∎ Job Title : Pharmacist
∎ Responsible to: Clinic Manager
∎ Job Location : Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge on Medicine storing system and disbursement system.
∎ Ensure medicine stock management.
∎ Monthly stock reconciliation and prepared inventory statement.
∎ Should have knowledge and skill to maintain Medicine Stock Register, Storing, Chalan, Cash memo, Bill Vouchers etc.
∎ Capability to daily update of inflow and outflow of medicine.
∎ Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily incoming, outgoing and Balance reports.
∎ Keep all the warehouse records/documents and inventory accurate and up to date
∎ Ready to perform any job given by the company at any time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of experience
∎ Experience in NGO/INGO
∎ Flexibility in working hours because of the emergency relief nature of GO's activities
∎ Ability to face workload and good time management
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian action and will to take part in GO's actions
∎ Should have good knowledge of operating different computer software (MS Word, MS Excel etc).
∎ Should be able to communicate with different clients and vendors as per needed.
∎ Should have excellent fluency in English.
∎ Should be able to work in any environment.
∎ The employee shall respect GO's Internal Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement
∎ Keep all the warehouse records/documents and inventory accurate and up to date
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
