Education:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting with strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations.
∎ Bachelor’s / master's in Pharmacy.
∎ Valid Pharmacist License from the pharmacy council of Bangladesh.
∎ Proficiency in pharmacy management software and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel with customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
∎ Address patient concerns and provide healthcare advice on minor ailments & assist customers in selecting appropriate healthcare products.
∎ Maintain accurate records of antibiotic sales, controlled substances, and patient information and verify prescriptions as per DGDA requirements.
∎ Regularly train pharmacy sales staff on product knowledge, customer guidance, compliance, inventory management, and customer service to enhance sales and ensure accurate healthcare support.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and minimize expired or slow-moving inventory.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment and manage returns of expired products.
∎ Promote pharmacy services such as health screenings, vaccination programs, and wellness products.
∎ Stay updated on new drugs, healthcare trends, and pharmacy best practices.
∎ Ensured adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
