Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and execute effective promotional strategies to achieve the business targets of the assigned brand portfolio.

·         Assist in shaping the long-term direction of the brand while ensuring it aligns with the organization's immediate performance objectives.

·         Support the department in brand communication, multi-channel activation, and comprehensive campaign planning.

·         Liaise with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure timely implementation of brand initiatives.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning.

·         Provide strategic guidelines, market insights, and analytical support to the sales force to drive market share.

·         Plan and execute events and activations aligned with the brand's creative blueprint to effectively reach the target consumer group.
