Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university with CGPA at least 3.0 out of 4.0

Skills Required: Secretarial tasks

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English

  • Speaking Chinese language will be an added advantage

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and email communication

  • The job requires frequently travel outside Dhaka



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist the Chairman in conducting all day-to-day affairs of the office.

  • Responsible for day-to-day Secretarial Jobs at Chairman`s desk with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.

  • Responsible for Inter Departmental Coordination with All units as directed by Chairman.

  • Prepare presentations and reports for Chairman as directed time to time.

  • Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics.

  • Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive`s where about at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.

  • Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive coordination).

  • Attend meeting with Chairman & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes.

  • To distribute minutes of the meeting and follow-up its progress keeping liaison with the concerned department / officials.

  • Compose agenda and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings, Office Orders and development activities.

  • Responsible & coordinate all Corporate Meetings.

  • Supervise Chairman`s driver, front desk, logistic executive, personal security & daily working schedule.

  • Fix and follow up Chairman`s daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./ Private/Business Agencies as directed by Chairman.
