∎ Age 22 to 26 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing secretarial and administrative duties of Chairman of the Company.
∎ Scheduling Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities and appointments by maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders accordingly.
∎ Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Chairman.
∎ Accompany Chairman and family local and overseas functions and trips and ensure travel arrangements.
∎ Take dictation and minutes, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system.
∎ Assist in tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, and coordination.
∎ Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
∎ Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours may be required.
