Additional Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer.
  • Excellent command of English & Bangla (speaking and writing).
  • Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Quick learner and instant decision-maker with multitasking ability.
  • Candidates with experience in corporate, travel, or service-oriented organizations will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage daily schedule, appointments, and communications for management.

  • Draft and prepare official letters, emails, and meeting summaries.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on behalf of management.

  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.

  • Assist in report preparation, presentations, and project follow-ups.

  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary preparation when required.

  • Provide on-demand administrative and operational support to management.

  • Manage digital files, records, and correspondence systematically.

  • Work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
