- 1-2 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer.
- Excellent command of English & Bangla (speaking and writing).
- Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Quick learner and instant decision-maker with multitasking ability.
- Candidates with experience in corporate, travel, or service-oriented organizations will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context: Manage daily schedule, appointments, and communications for management.
Draft and prepare official letters, emails, and meeting summaries.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on behalf of management.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
Assist in report preparation, presentations, and project follow-ups.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary preparation when required.
Provide on-demand administrative and operational support to management.
Manage digital files, records, and correspondence systematically.
Work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
