∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, High proficiency in both oral and written English communication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external clients
∎ Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
∎ Handle requests and queries appropriately
∎ Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
∎ Take dictation and minutes
∎ Produce reports, presentations and briefs
∎ Plan and maintain office filing system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MS Office and English proficiency
∎ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
∎ Outstanding organizational and time management skills
∎ Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
