- 1-2 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer.
- Document drafting, email writing, reporting & basic admin support.
- Meeting coordination, visitor handling & appointment management.
- Call management — receiving, transferring, taking accurate messages.
- Front desk manners & basic customer support knowledge.
- Comfortable handling urgent tasks or sudden instructions.
- Basic presentation preparation (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Experience in maintaining logs, registers, reports & follow-up sheets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Candidates with experience in corporate, travel, or service-oriented organizations will get preference.
