  • Experience in PA/reception/front desk roles preferred.
  • Travel/visa agency experience is an added advantage.
  • Female candidates (Hindu preferred) will get priority for receptionist/PA roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer.
  • Document drafting, email writing, reporting & basic admin support.
  • Meeting coordination, visitor handling & appointment management.
  • Call management — receiving, transferring, taking accurate messages.
  • Front desk manners & basic customer support knowledge.
  • Comfortable handling urgent tasks or sudden instructions.
  • Basic presentation preparation (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Experience in maintaining logs, registers, reports & follow-up sheets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Candidates with experience in corporate, travel, or service-oriented organizations will get preference.
