1. Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the PICU.

2. Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and clinical condition, and promptly report changes.

3. Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.

4. Operate and manage advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.

5. Assist physicians and healthcare teams in emergency procedures and resuscitation (Code Blue).

6. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.

7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, progress, and interventions.

8. Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families regarding condition, treatment, and care plans.

9. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.

10. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and recovery.

11. Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with PICU best practices.
