• Age 30 to 45 years

• Must have strong knowledge on AutoCAD.

• Strong understanding on grading and sizing.

• Must have knowledge of Quality Control (QC).     

• CLO 3D.      

• Good understanding on fabric behavior.      

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Understand design drawings, tech packs, and size details to make correct patterns for production.

• Create, modify, and finalize garment patterns using AutoCAD-based systems.

• Make the first size set sample and correct the pattern if any fit or design issue is found.

• Coordinate with designers, merchandisers, and sample makers to ensure accurate fitting and effective resolution of pattern-related concerns.

• Ensure proper fitting, grading and sizing of garments based on Asian body measurements.

• Fix pattern and fitting issues during sampling and bulk production stages.

• Provide clear sewing instructions and pattern details for smooth production.

• Support production teams by giving technical help related to patterns.

• Keep updated with new pattern-making tools, software, and industry trends.

• Perform any other pattern-related duties as assigned by management.
