Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Diploma in Pattern Making.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for a highly qualified candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Experience/Knowledge on either Lectra, Gerber or WinDa CAD software
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Mirpur DOHS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers orders/ styles using CAD.
∎ Must be able to make manual patterns
∎ Knowledge of intimate garment stitching and must able to handle stitching machines.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ To prepare the pattern making, grading,& consumption making.
∎ Converting manual base pattern into digitalized pattern.
∎ Grading and efficient marking by respective CAD system.
∎ Digitalize base pattern, grading pattern size wise, rectification of the marker as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Production, Sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Must have experience on handling Experience/Knowledge on either Lectra, Gerber or WinDa CAD software.
∎ Must have knowledge on pattern making and grading.
∎ Grading, marking and cutting pattern as per buyer requirements.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on handling all intimate customers.
∎ Punctual, honest and decent
∎ Good communication competence in English
∎ Knowledge on QMS
