∎ 5 years experience as a Pattern Master with woven denim factory.
∎ Must be experienced Making Pattern through Lectra Software.
∎ Ability to handle Gerber Software.
∎ Should have experienced to work with the Levi's, Gap, Maurices, American Eagle, Walmart buyers.
∎ Able to work under pressure, Meet deadlines.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic.
∎ Good Writing and Oral Communication skills both Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making Pattern in CAD.
∎ Provide technical suggestion to factory pattern master how to control excess fabric consumption.
∎ Develop new sampling pattern with complete specification.
∎ Review and Understand customer comments on Sample.
∎ Assist factory pattern master to create grade and implement new patterns.
∎ Knowledge of Lectra system and checking on Lectra graded pattern.
∎ Any other assignment by Head of plant or department.
∎ Report performance of Technical staffs at Factories.
∎ Making Pattern in CAD.
