• Age 25 to 45 years

• 5 years experience as a Pattern Master with woven denim factory.

• Must be experienced Making Pattern through Lectra Software.

• Ability to handle Gerber Software.

• Should have experienced to work with the Levi`s, Gap, Maurices, American Eagle, Walmart buyers.

• Able to work under pressure, Meet deadlines.

• Should be proactive and dynamic.

• Good Writing and Oral Communication skills both Bangla and English

• Making Pattern in CAD.

• Provide technical suggestion to factory pattern master how to control excess fabric consumption.

• Develop new sampling pattern with complete specification.

• Review and Understand customer comments on Sample.

• Assist factory pattern master to create grade and implement new patterns.

• Knowledge of Lectra system and checking on Lectra graded pattern.

• Any other assignment by Head of plant or department.

• Report performance of Technical staffs at Factories.
